Gunjan and Associates was formed in 1997 to the purpose of serving its clients with its hands-on approach to project design and management based on the philosophy that great architecture is the product of great relationships. In support of this approach, Gunjan and Associates endeavors to intimately understand its clients’ needs and aspirations while balancing them with the firm's commitment to great design.

At Gunjan and Associates, we believe that research is the backbone of every development. Every design solution is a result of relationship between the client, a good team work and continuous research by the design team. With every project, we search for the one solution that balances the owner's vision with the firm's design expertise. Throughout the process, Gunjan and Associates incorporates mainstream green and efficient design practices in the core of the planning and design process and strives to protect our clients’ investments by carefully thinking through and detailing solutions. 

Gunjan and Associates is adept in design of all types of indoor and outdoor spaces, urban precincts, landscape, retail, infrastructure, sports and recreation facilities, industrial facilities as new construction, historic preservation and adaptive reuse.
