Gunjan and Associates is a proprietorship firm started in 1997. The company founded by Ar. Gunjan Kapur along with Ar. Arun Kapur is supported by a group of likeminded architecture professionals.
Gunjan and Associates has tried to bridge the gap between the academics and the profession. Here the architects thrive to bring design to the masses. The Organization’s association with the academia is a step towards improving the architecture scene in the country.
It is amalgamation of a group of experienced and highly specialized professionals assembled to provide quality design services in the field of architecture, interior design, landscape, and urban design.
The firm strictly believes in enhancing education opportunities for architecture students. Each year up to two under graduates are offered internship at G&A for a period of continuous six months or more. This opportunity gives them practical experience as well as exposure to the live projects that are becoming a reality. Interns return back to their collages with increased confidence and on graduation often come back to work with G&A as fresh graduates.
A strong team of young and dedicated professionals has been the strength of G&A. G&A believes in expressing and sharing its technical expertise with the common people through publications. We believe that research is the back bone of every development.

We analyze the parameters and factors that define physical products, which are affordable, durable, functional, ecological and beautiful.
The firm has always functioned as a team, taking every project and involving study, research, analysis and exploration of visual, spatial, formal, social and technological ideas and concepts related to architecture and interior spaces. As architects we do believe that architecture do respond to all five senses of inhabitants. At G&A architecture is frozen music; It is a transcendental experience, much beyond the materiality of the buildings.

Having successfully designed projects of almost all scales and completed projects within strict timelines, clients as our patrons having more than one project have retained us for all of their other projects. Over the years, G&A has tried to build enormous pool of knowledge, experience and trust which makes it a unique firm to engage with.

The studio provides comprehensive professional services, including project reports, site study and analyses, feasibility reports, campus planning, architectural design, structural design, interior space design, landscape design, services design (water, sewerage, electrical, storm-water drainage, firefighting, PA systems, security systems, elevators and air conditioning), building information modelling (BIM), building management, working drawings, specifications, quantities, tender documents, contractor short listing, site supervision, valuation of fixed assets (buildings), along with a host of other services that go into a building right from its conception to occupation.
